Ismail graduated with a BSc (hons) Audiology in 2007. He has worked in the NHS for over 12 years as a senior Audiologist and has a special interest in Tinnitus Therapy and Noise induced Hearing loss. He regularly advises solicitors in the various aspects surrounding noise induced hearing loss. He has extensive knowledge off the latest hearing technology and has many years of experience in wax removal. Ismail covers the clinics in Leicester, Market Harborough and Kettering
He is proficient in 6 languages. He is also the chairman of Drop of Compassion which is a charitable NGO which works in Africa and Asia. He hopes to set up free to access mobile hearing clinics in Africa in the near future.
