It includes SoundCore which combines four powerful technologies to provide a human-like listening experience. SoundNav 3.0, Sound Conductor, Spatial Awareness, and SpeechPro all work together to help people hear more clearly and comfortably in every conversation, in every environment.

Sound Nav 3.0 is a branch of artificial intelligence that recognizes, Classifies and adjusts effectively to reduce listening effort.    When sounds enter the hearing instruments, SoundNav intelligently classifies them into 7 key listening environments: quiet, conversation in quiet, conversation in a small group, conversation in a crowd, conversation in noise, noise, and music. SoundNav dynamically combines these environments to create thousands of possible combinations – allowing the hearing instruments to seamlessly adjust as the soundscape changes.

Sound Conductor uses information about the environment to dynamically balance three features to reduce unwanted and distracting background noise, providing excellent quality and comfort and making speech clearer and easier to follow.

• Speech enhancement increases the volume of voices, making it easier to hear people talking.
• Noise reduction dials down distracting background noise to make listening more comfortable.
• Directionality helps hearing instrument wearers know where sounds are coming from.

Spatial Awareness – While some hearing instruments affect crucial cues about where sound is coming from – when and how it enters the ears – Spatial awareness on Unitron hearing instruments helps put sounds in their place. Using a 4-microphone strategy, this feature acoustically separate sounds so clients can more accurately perceive their source.

SpeechPro reduces listening effort and improves speech perception so you can converse with confidence even in challenging listing environments.

It starts with Speech Locator, which uses the microphones in both hearing aids to determine where speech is coming from. Then, Speech Focus directs the focal area towards the speech and dynamically adapts to its source.

And by adjusting the amplification in each ear, Spatial Speech restores those subtle localization cues – a feature not available in directional microphone systems until now.

The discovery Platform is  available in the Moxi Jump R (Rechargeable option) and Moxi fit hearing aids. These are Reciever in the ear style hearing aids and come in 4 technology levels. ( 9, 7, 5, 3) Generally the better technology level incudes features to work better in the more challenging environments.

Insera are Unitrons custom made hearing aids and are on the Tempus platform which is the latest technology for there in the ear hearing aids. They are available in a range of sizes depending on the needs of the user and come in 4 technology levels. (800, 700,600,500).
